it is both interesting and sad to note that the last passenger pigeon died on september 1, 1914.. the species went from being one of the most abundant birds in the world during the 19th century to extinction early in the 20th century.

even if we are able to clone dozens or even hundreds, it is unlikely that we will be able to bring them back.. some have suggested cloning the passenger pigeon in the future.

So, I wonder how ol' Noah was able to prevent the extinction of the Passenger Pigeon when he only had a pair (or possibly seven) of them.

Supposedly Noah had certain "kinds" of animals from who were able to produce all the other varieties of their own "kind".

ie: From two dogs, came all the varieties of dogs we have now (supposedly).

The whole Noah event was "magical" in the first place and along with your question, raises dozens of other even more scientifically based questions that lead one to conclude that it was only a story.

Oubliette... Although HTBWC is participating in an "electronic" conversation so to speak, the conversation is none the less with real people. Perhaps he or she preferred to pose the question to us personally to see what we might have to say, rather than simply entering the question "electronically" into an "electronic" search engine...anyone can do that. Seems like a perfectly reasonable thing for HTBWC to do...not ironic at all. No harm done...no crime committed. I'm glad he/she thought to ask....now we all know.

coming back after lunch, the area was still empty. Not a single gujurati was sat in there. Room for about 100 people... empty.... because they didn't want white brothers mixing with asian brothers? Hubby told me not to get upset about it, but it just seemed so ridiculous to me!

It doesn't matter if it seems ridiculous.....just listen, obey and be blessed. During the Trubulation apparently you'll be told to do all sorts of things that don't make sense, so this experience was good practice.

I wonder what those brothers would have done if you'd have pretended to be deaf or that you only spoke a foriegn language. I suppose they'd have acted as if the whole assembly would come to a screeching halt if they let you continue to sit there. It's strange how some people take such a small amount of authority and let it go to their heads.

Both ladies have their hands on their boosoms as if they are having heart palpatations or difficulty catching thier breath.

JW's are so doubtful about the authenticity of their religion that they become almost giddy when someone noteworthy (for whatever reason) pays the slightest bit of attention to them.

If it were up to JW"s Hulk Hogan wouldn't exist.....he'd have shaved off his trademark moustache, handed over his Gonads and been pussified into a bland do as you're told door knocker a long time ago.

About Living Forever.... It wouldn't work.

i often download open yale courses audio for my mp3 player.

i work repatative in the morning so get 3-4 hours of courses,.

one done today on the philosephy of death made a point.. if you lived 300 years you might might still remember childhood.. 500 year childhood might be gone and by then you are not the same person you were at 50. in fat you might not even rmembe you were that person!.

1000 year the guy or girl you are is NOTHING like the person you were at 30-40-50 etc. By that time you are a renewed person many times over and likely have no memmory of your youth.

JW's will tell you that the if the above is true, it is because of Adameic sin and imperfection. In the new system, when we're perfect, memory won't be a problem.

I notice the girl in the video who lived, didn't age at all between the time when her sister/friend died and was resurected. There wouldn't have been as much of an emotional impact if the girl that lived had become an elderly grey haired old woman in the intervening years.

This was all very calculated and it didn't hurt the agenda to play a kingdom song in the background. They wanted everyone viewing this, no matter how old they are, to see themselves as they do in their own mind, as still being young. They wanted to give the impression that the resurrection would happen soon after their loved one dies. A more realistic video would show a widow or a mother who lost a child and grew old spending her life waiting decades for the promised resurrection.
